These came off a 1973 Seat. There are 5 medallions.

quick question: how are you getting the backing plates off the medallions without damaging the pins?

I use a tack claw. Get it in there between the backing plate and the back of the Medallion, right where the stud is, and pry.
Of all the Medallions I have removed, I have only broken one stud. And it was because it was badly rusted. You are not going to hurt those pins, pry away.
