Question Steering Column Linkage

Does any one have any pictures of what the 3 on the tree steering column linkage should look like in working order? I'm trying to get my truck to move before it can be shipped to Manitoba from BC. Any pictures or suggestions would be helpful.

I'm putting the chassis manual section on the adjustment on my webshots site, there aint much there but it may help.
