my 1970 c10 vs built z06 on the juice

I was on the m/t sportsman and he was on m/t drag radial. I was on the motor he was on the spray. I got the brake blowing the tires off.

Re: my 1970 c10 vs built z06 on the juice

That was great ! I had a guy in mid 80's with a 70 to 73 vette pull his high beams on (juice wired to headlights) and pass me in a similar situation . Good job. I would kinda refrain from the self incrimination though.

What was the top end when you guys shut it down? These things are like driving a brick, so I'm always impressed when people are taking on o/d and 6spd late models with better gearing and aero, and still showing them up

I could not tell you the dash lights weren't working. I think it's going to get down on the kit that's for sure!

The ole' truck runs good on the motor, especially considering you've set it up to run on spray! You didn't have a g-tech in the truck, did you?

It was moving on the big end. I can't wait to grab the kit but it will only be 1/8 until I get a cage installed

I wish! The timing was set for spray and it had the sportsmans on the rear, so I know it has a lot left in it.

What all was done to the vette? Was it a bolt-on car or did it have any engine mods? Either way, your truck is gettin' it done!

all I know is that the car runs 10.2/10.4 at the track on the spray.
