Re: Building another School Bus

Maybe some 19.5's?
Or some 10 lug adapters with some 24's . . .

Re: Building another School Bus

Sheet metal installed. Now on to wiring, dash, headlights, etc. Hopefully moving under its own power in a couple of weeks!

Excuse the illusion that the sheet metal is crooked--just the picture.

Re: Building another School Bus

I pick it up in Portland tomorrow, can't wait to see it. The 10 inches actually went into the subfloor of the bus. It has 4 inch i-beams that run side to side. It doesn't effect the inside floor.
Charley's Drop Shop on Stark St did the work. He says the back bumper goes from 4-14 inches. I didn't install a compressor, yet!

Re: Building another School Bus

Very nice. If I ever see that bus on the highway you'll definitely get a wave and a honk. Great work.

Re: Building another School Bus

The first one is nice. The second one is even better! You'll have to post a video of you rolling in it.
Makes me want to go back to school.
