Yes, all the required hangers are included in the kit. If they are not in your kit, you'll need to place a call to Holley Customer Service to get it remedied.

Have you guys got anywhere with the other c10? I have a 66 c10 what 2.5” kit number would be a better fit over the ones for 67-72?? Also I have the cpp bend pan hard bar that runs from the driver side frame to the passenger side trailering arm! Will these kit clear the bar??

The exhaust system fitment is the same on the 65-72 C10's; the 63 and 64 models will need to have the rear track bar frame bracket relocated further back on the frame rail to where it is located on the 65-72 truck frames. Compatibility with the CPP bar shouldn't an issue as I validated the fitment of one during the prototyping of the exhaust systems. I don't recall whether is was of bent or straight geometry however. This image shows the clearance path I designed into the passenger side tailpipe to allow clearance for aftermarket track bars that attach to the bottom of the trailing arm.

Looks very nice. I would move the right hand exhaust pipe to the right a bit from the trailing arm opening just a bit more.
Again looks very cool.

Seeing we can not purchase these can you tell us what mandrel bends for the over axle tail pipes we need to buy so we can make our own ?
I have been on the waiting list with Holley for 2 estimated shipping dates now and they never ship and I have waited months now for one and the next round is almost 5 months out, they told me before that 5 were in the works and I was # 3 on the list but they never get shipped and this is the last piece of my build that I needed to buy.

I can empathize with your frustration with the availability of these systems. Although I don't know the specifics, I know the Covid situation has created sourcing issues for Holley as it has for most other manufacturers across the country. The entire system is designed on a 4" center line radius, so that is what you would need to purchase if you want to make your own system in its likeness.

Re: Hooker Blackheart 1967-72 C10 Truck LS/LT Swap System Info Thread

When I did my C10 I used mandrel bends from Summit. I try guesstimate the number needed but here in MN they have mandrel bends at the local Fleet Farm store. NAPA has them also. Dyno Max turbo mufflers. 3" at the header collector reduced to 2.5". I use band clamps not the typical muffler clamps. I typically start at the header and work my way to the end of the vehicle.

I have exhaust from the headers to the axle that are good and stainless, I just do not have the over axle tail pipes because I did not know what bends I would need.

If you are lacking only the tailpipes, I would estimate 6 U-bends to finish them out.

I would not wait the 2 weeks, I still have not received mine.
Something else is going on I can not see blaming it on covid.

I would agree that your best course of action would be to go with an alternative source for your exhaust system if you are trying to be at a show with your truck on a specific date next month. I might make the same choice myself if I were in your shoes.

Re: Hooker Blackheart 1967-72 C10 Truck LS/LT Swap System Info Thread

toddoky. I went with the Blackheart setup straight out the back and I am now wondering what I could do to tuck the end pieces up in the rear step fenders some more so they can't be seen. When you stand at the side of the truck you can see the tailpipe too much between the rear of the step fender and the bumper. Can I get the end pieces only to have a local shop bend them (without a hanger)? Maybe I should have just ordered the ones that go out the side and modified them. Thanks for any help

Re: Hooker Blackheart 1967-72 C10 Truck LS/LT Swap System Info Thread

The components are all run to build complete systems, so there is nothing left over to offer as individual parts once the production run gets boxed up and placed on the shelf.

I'm not aware of any aftermarket exhaust manufacturer that offers individual system parts for sale, but I can see where that would sometimes be of benefit to an end user such as yourself.

A competent fabricator can build you any sort of tips you want from U-bends; complete custom exhaust systems are fabricated that way in great numbers.

I ordered mine from Jegs this past July or August. Came the next week. Just wish I had gotten the side exit instead of the rear exit now. Very happy with the fit and sound. It is not a loud exhaust system. You can stand at the tailgate and still talk to someone

I ordered the BH13194, 2.5” rear exit 409ss! Called summit today automated message says kit should ship from manufacturer in 1-3 days! Hopefully it does, as now I would hate to cancel my order if it’s a few days out!

Do you have any pictures of the exhaust? The part where your not liking! I wish they would sell the kit in pieces as the 2 last pieces of the exhaust as would solve your problem, because to me that’s the only 2 pieces that look different in the kit! I could be wrong
