TH350 to 5.3
Can some one please give me a link for the adaptor plate to mate a th350 to a LS motor or do i even need an adaptor kit.

several places (hughes, TCI, GM, and others make them) and you can get them thru dealers or places like Pace Performance where they'll sell you a flexplate/adapter kit.
