Sensor identification
Hey guy's, I need your help.
Background info: I have a pullout LS2/4l65e from a 2006 GTO that I am starting to put back together. I am looking for the below sensor ident. I already have the crank and cam sensors installed.

Its a VSS/OSS from the trans, there should be a little o-ring seal on it before installing.

I'm putting a early 90's NV3500 behind my 5.3. The VSS plug on my harness doesn't match the tranny. Would a later model sensor fit my tranny, or do I need to swap the plug on the harness?
