part # is 9761395 and have seen different spans. 76-87 and 78-87. hope that helps. here is a pic of the steering wheel it should fit.

I will add, that it is just the trim level more that the year that it fit. I am pretty sure though that it is 78 up to 87 in High Sierra and Sierra trim levels used this horn button.
