roll pan

hello are there roll pans out there that i dont have to cut the sill to install on a 1968 c10 fleetside

If they have a license pocket it will interfere with the sill and you will need to cut it for clearance. The ones without the license pocket will go right on with no cutting but then you have to decide where you are going to mount your plate. you could make your own license pocket lower in the pan to cleat the sill.
