Re: Head light trim rings

Wow, thought I’d update this head light trim rings thread I started. Life and everything put this task down on the list, it took a long time to bubble back to the surface. So I pulled the bucks out and cleaned up the back sides of those and found a little metal spot that needed addressing. Then I turned my attention to the fenders where they mounted. After removing the primer build, paint, clear coat I got it down to metal, then started tweaking that. As usual a lot of assembly, check, disassemble, tweak, and repeat. But I spent the day and it came out WAY better than what I started with. If I were painting the truck, I can see some areas that you could work and get these things in really tight, but that ship has sailed and I’m pretty dang happy with where they ended up. Now on to the A/C vents.
