Z-Bar Felt Seals on a 1963 C10 Inline 6

I am refreshing my Z-bar and am trying to find the correct seals. The frame side seal looks to be a pretty common part. It is listed in the AIM as 3743360 and a google search brings up plenty of replacements.

But.......the engine side seal is smaller in diameter and actually slides inside the Z-bar. The AIM says this is part number 3852172 and I can't find one anywhere. Anyone know where I can source one??

I have a '68 C/10 w/ 292 L6. I have used the felt washers from battery terminal kits on the ends of the Z-bar. Not OEM but they do the job.
