Front Wheel Question

I have a set of 4 Ion 171 Baja 15x8 wheels that I installed with 275/60/15 tires. Since I have redone the front end using a Chassis Engineering Mustang II IFS I am not sure I can use these wheels or tires on the front end. My first thought was to buy 2 15x7 Ion 171 Baja wheels but they only make them in an 15x8 size. I am also thinking about going to a 215-235/70-75/15 tire size on these 15x8 front wheels in hopes that the taller more narrow tires will give me the necessary clearance. The reason I don't think the current 275/60/15 tires will work on the front is because of fender clearance. I will not know for sure until I put the cab, front fenders, fender wells, etc. on. However, I am trying to get some input before I do this assembly. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
