Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!

I keep meaning to get more pictures but I did get one the other day before I got sidetracked. I have had it out for some testing the last few days to if you are in Northern Ca you might see it flying by you on the roads.

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!

The paint on that hood looks like glass, absolutely stunning work. I like everything about it, the two tone, the colors, the tires, the stance, and one thing that also caught my eye, the placement of the turn signals. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't they usually on the bottom? It looks good like that, have any more pictures?

Thanks for the compliments and about the turn signals yes they are usually on the bottom but I wanted to try them out on the top and see how I liked them. I am thinking of soem other things for the front but not sure yet. It is going to the upholstery shop soon so I wanted to at least get some road time with the truck before they got it.

How long do you figure they are going to have it? Do you have any side pictures of this beauty?

Re: Project Penicillin~ 68 crewcab build up!

Well the truck has been living at the upholstery shop durng the last storms nice and dry. The added plus of staying there means that it got carpet and headliner.

The tire size is 35" and I believe the lift was 6"in front and 4" in the back. I used the lift kit from a donor Suburban along with other parts.
