Pics of my engine mount compressor and manual valves for my air ride! :)

My custom made engine mount for my 235 motor with maltese cross. All made out of metal. Also hade to put and idler pully on it because crankshaft pully one has one groove in it.

Also a pic of my manual valves with my custom make aluminum maltese cross handles. I am working on building a console to hide all the hoses and junk so all you will see are the handles.

Both AC compressor hose or air brake hose from a simi also will work at the pump. Once you get a couple of feet from the pump you can switch back to regular air hose.

What hoses should i make stronger? the red one or blue? or both? I had the previous hose where the red one is explode on me when i was driving it made a heck of a mess!!! But not from heat i think from vibration where is is clamped over rubbed through it look like.

you should if you can buy a steel braded line for the first 18 '' to 2 foot because it gets to hot!for regular hose they sell them on e bay and such the steel braided will hold up not much else will if you hard plum it it will crack and break from the vibrations hope this helps you keep up the great work on the truck i am going to use some of your info for my new old 66 longbox!thanks!

PJ I have one of those AC compressors in my garage, with all the dealer installed bracketry (V8) I can only guess you're running a reserve tank ? How many PSI does this thing push? and how long of running time to pressure it up? As far as I know it was removed because the clutch wouldn't engage (any hints?) but I turned it by hand and it certainly pushes air. Any info you could give me would be great

this compressor will push over 9 cubic feet per min it will do 200 psi no problem and if the clutch is bad you can buy a replacement!!

I can fill up a 6 gallon tank from 0 - 100 PSI in 30 seconds!

Wow this is getting more interesting by the post! that's pretty respectable for a little compresser. I guess the first place to try is the auto parts store and of course the dealership last . Thanx for the info stranger Love those handles PJ Great website too T
