73-87 OEM GM bedrail question

Hello: Question, how long is the original uncut extruded aluminum with the woodgrain insert. Or total length with ends, I can do the math with the total measurement .. Thanks in advance..

That makes sense. I think I found what I needed, 80" for the extruded section w/o ends...
