Re: My Pro Street '56 GMC Pick'em Up

WELL "stupid is as stupid does" when I went to my friends house to measure the vent window channel parts I failed to measure the actual channel opening and width. Of course when it came time to put everything together it should have been no surprise certain things didn't fit right and the window did not roll all the way up. I will show what I did to fix it. The window regulator has to be notched anyway and I thought that was going to be enough, but my channel was still a little too wide and I had to notch that as well and put a couple of (temporary spacers in photo)spacers at the bottom of the channel for proper clearance from the regulator/scissor mechanism.

THEN AFTER fixing my screw up I can attempt to do it right the rest of the way
