Those two studs with the nuts on them hold the pump into the reservoir.

Got the steering connected and pump installed, started it up and no leaks. So far!

Just got the wheels on the ground and the steering is very difficult to turn. Just parked, but still, really hard. Most PS you can turn the wheel pretty easy.
EDIT: It helps if you bleed the air out...
