re: oops forgot 1

The front seats are from a 2001 Tahoe. The rear seats are from a 2002 Chevy Venture mini-van.

Hmmm I'll have to look for the venture van. I like those and I'll need some seats soon if I get this burb I got my eye on.
Thanks for the quick reply.

Venture seats

I got the seats on ebay, from a van conversion place in Indiana...$40 each and shipping for 5 was $150. I can get the name of the company, if you're interested.

I got the rear seats from Designer Seat Works, in Tempe, AZ (not Indiana, oops) They have a web site at www.seatworks.com. They have a lot of 'take outs' from van and truck conversions. Pretty good guys to work with. The front seat I got on e-bay. There are lots of seat options out on e-bay.

Folding seat

Actually, all of the rear seats fold like the middle one. There is enough room to step up, next to the seat near the door, so that if it is folded down it's an easy leg swing to get in back...especially for kids...or you can crawl over any of them. :-)

71 Subman,

I was just messing with Canadian694x4 as he seems to have a very large collection of 67-72 pictures. He is very good about sharing and helping people out with these pictures. Anyway, if he likes the picture he will right mouse click on it and save it. That's all, just messing with him.

Here's my $200.00 project..... It's a 71 C10. I also have a 71' C20 sub that I bought as a parts truck(very rusty) but it's a matching #'s BB,T400,A/C truck. I plan on changing the front clip to a 68, and puttin the truck on air. I also am putting in a 454 instead of the 402.

Anybody local to Southern NJ have any extra sub parts for sale or trade??? Need a nice 3rd door BAD(mines rust free but caved in from top to bottom)

Welcome to the board. Can't help with a door.I am in south Jersey a couple weekends a month. We have close friends in Rio Grande. They are in thier 80's,so my wife and I go down to help them out.On rt47 right below Dennisville there is a suburban sitting in a small development on the right.

I don't have a pic,but all the ones I have seen, and pics in the brochure, have the white stopping at the body line below the windows. This would put the line just above the handle on the rear lift gate..All the ones I have seen with this paint have also had trim running along this body line starting at the front edge of the front doors.Ones without the trim ended at the body seam at the top of the rear pillars.
