One wire bullet electrical connectors

The one wire rubber electrical bullet connectors found on the reverse lamps and license plate lamp... Is there a source for them? ...or are they long out of production? Do you all just add in weatherpack connectors when needed? TIA.

I think the connector is crimped on the wire and then the rubber is molded around it. Not sure you will find just the rubber.

You could call M&H (wiringharness.com) and see what they say. Are they molded? or can you sell me some?

Male and Female .180 bullets are available as a crimp and seal connector. Like this:

If they are gone you can just splice in some . But if the wires are that bad maybe a new harness . I bought one like this at a swap meet for 60$ a few years ago for my Stepside . I had already purchased NOS tailights and backups so it’s just like oem

Re: One wire bullet electrical connectors

English cars especially MG’s use bullet connectors . Try Moss Motors.

These are similar, but the boots are vinyl

https://www.amazon.com/Terminal-Bull.../dp/B07VWBKBH1

I'm 70% sure I saw the boots for sale on Mouser. If I didn't imagine that, you could just use them with any ol' connectors

Re: One wire bullet electrical connectors

Thank you all for your responses!

Jason Banks, I called M&H. They have a reverse lamp harness for around $30 with the factory bullet insulated connectors or something similar.

MarkDTN, I saw those insulated bullet connectors on Amazon.

72c20customcamper, I already purchased a pair of tail lamp connectors because one of mine had been "rigged" even though I only need one. The rest of the harness was fine other than a wire and connector for the license plate lamp.

54blackhornet, I looked at the website for Moss Motors, but it was kind of broad. I couldn't find anything specific.

Rust_never_sleeps, I saw those bullet connectors with insulated covers made of PVC. Those look about as close to original as possible. Plus, the quantity and price is less with Prime member shipping.

I'll solder and heat shrink a pair of those into my license plate lamp circuit. Someday when I get to doing the body work and painting, then I'll think about a complete tail light harness. Thanks again!

Do you have a close up picture of what you're looking for, i use to work on English sports cars and have a box of connectors, maybe what you need

Any way throw up some pics
