Re: What did you do to your truck today??

Replaced the passenger side door. The previous door had a big dent in it. The color isn't a good match, but at least the dent is gone. I will install the trim next.

Re: What did you do to your truck today??

Been hearing some gurgling noises in the cooling system lately. When I pulled in the driveway at home later today coolant was spewing from the left radiator tank. Rad lasted 29 years so I cannot complain. Dorman replacement was in stock @ Oreilly's and a direct fit, $255 and lifetime warranty. AC Delco was more than twice that, had to be ordered with limited warranty. I would suspect it is the same part in my experience. Hope I am not taking it out for replacement soon.

Re: What did you do to your truck today??

Recently found out that it's best NOT to be jam'n out in the shop
when changing plug wires. Important to here them "click" when
you push them on your spark plugs. Drove 35 minutes to show
after waiting all week for them to come in. About 1/2 way there
she started running rough again, only to find out I was on 5.

*Why the hood is popped in this picture someone took. I had
to let her cool down so I could put 3 wires back on the plugs.
