Brake booster bad???

I have a 70 with drums. It has always had bad breaks. Like when you step on the brakes it tries to throw you through the windshield. If you slowly add pressure, it works fine, but if you have to stop fast, brace yourself. I replaced the MS, but that did not help. Drums, shoes and wheel cylinders look fine. I'm thinking the booster maybe?

Re: Brake booster bad???

What's the bore on your master cylinder?
You might need to go a bit bigger.
