62 GMC Fabricate 350 Transmission Crossmember

I own a 62 GMC 3/4 Fleetside longbed
I have the torsion bar front and coil
rear end. I need to fabricate a cross member for my
Turbo 350 tranny. I removed the old 305 engine,Hydramatic transmission.
Installing a 400 smallblock with the 350 turbo tranny I finally located the correct engine mounts but cant get any info for
the Transmission Crossmember.I need help on info of someplace
or someone that can get this Part.It seems that there is no
universal part for these 60-early 62 trucks. This is my first
project, and Im working with a friend. All or any information you can give is thankfull.I live in the Los Angeles area also
so any info on Local shop's or mechanic to contact in the area
would be helpfull.Thanks

I used a crossmember from a 69-70 something like that. It fits right in you may have to lose your ebrake xmember depending on how its set up. Im not sure on a 62. I so far have only got it bolted to the bottom frame rail
Good luck need any more help let me know
