Where is the 1 or 2 inches referenced? LCA pivot?

Is it safe assume, with the touring version, that the UCA mount moves up the same inch, no longer allowing use of the stock inner fenders?

Have you fit an LS motor w/ F-body accessory drive with either version?

Anyone driving on one of these yet that can give impressions?

Very safe to assume..... On the Touring version, all the suspension pivot points are raised one inch higher than the "mild" version.

There are a bunch of them out there, but only a few board members who have them. Should start seeing more and more on the road and I am sure they will give their impressions. I am installing a front and rear set-up (Touring) on one of my 70s here soon.... gonna drive it all the way to Dallas for the Goodguy's show in October.

Here are some more details....

When running a 28" tall tire and a 2.5" drop spindle, the Mild version has a ride height of 7" from the bottom of the frame to the ground. (We reference the bottom of the frame-rail right behind the front cab mount).

The picture shown has a tire installed that is just under 30" tall, thus the 8" measurement. When I measure my 70 that is completely stock, this equates to right at a 5" drop. The Touring version would make it a 6" drop. Keep in mind, that we have 2.5" drop spindles, so the crossmember alone would yield 2.5" of drop if using a factory height spindle.

One more question (for now): you've stated that the track width is narrowed 1/4" per side when using this crossmember. Is this with the CPP modulars, or in addition? Basically, if I ditched my current Belltech 3" drop spindles and stock suspension, would the mild DM and CPP modulars narrow my track width an inch (.25 for DM and .75-ish for spindles) per side?

This measurement is referenced in the distance between the lower control arm pivots of our mild and touring Dropmember vs factory crossmember.

Nate, that looks great! My 67 is not going to be safe for very long. Can't wait till you get everything dialed in and road tested. BTW those Ridetech coilovers are sweet (I have a set on my 69 Camaro and love them).

It's 9" compatible.

Customer requested a 9". The only difference between the four-link components for the 12 bolt vs. 9" is the spreader bar that ties the 4-link brackets together and runs under the housing. The one for the 12 bolt is contoured differently.

You assume correctly!

This kit utilizes the Stage 2 notch, and is the best fit for he Mild Dropmember. All the components also package nicely under an unmodified bed floor.

Since the Touring Dropmember has a more aggressive stance, the rear kit that will matches best uses the same notch as the Dropmember Rear Mild kit. It's ride height is a couple inches lower allowing for a no rake stance. Since it includes a deeper notch, the bed floor needs to be raised approx. 5".
