cant get .23 wire to feed in my miller 35?

Anybody have a issue with their older millermatic feeding smaller wire?until now I have been using 30 guage wire and it worked fine. any suggestions would be much appreciated

did you swap out the rollers for .024"?

turns out my welder wont accept anything smaller than .30. I decided to get a miller 140 auto. cant wait to try this bad boy out.

Let us know how that machine works out for you.

My welders are currantly set up for .030<>.035 wire.
