3 speed tranny fluid?

what fluid am i sposed to put in my three speed tranny? i think its a saginaw if that makes a difference. and while im asking what about the rear end too?

80W90 I believe - I'd let another confirm just to QA my brain, but that's what I recall.

Any 75-90 or 80-90 so long as it's GL4 rated (I've seen lots of talk about GL5 dino oil corroding brass syncros), or any Sythetic you like as they can meet GL5 without being corrosive.

i was thinkin 80-90 but i wasnt sure just wanted to confirm it before i messed it all up with the wrong thing. thank yall verry much
