Engine type isn't relevant.
For '68 all are 7/16-20. And all 2WD and 4WD use 6 lugs at 5.
5" spacing

Re: What is the wheel stud thread size on a 1969 c10 i6?

So I’m going to pick up some OEM 15x8 truck rallys tomorrow. I’m not sure what year they came off of.

What I’m concerned about is if there is any reason that the hole size in the wheels could differ from what is intended to be 7/16-20?

Those wheels never came from the factory with that stud diameter. Rallies weren't used until later trucks that had 1/2-20 studs.

Well, the 5 lug hubs have 1/2-20 studs. Do the 6 lug hubs have the same size stud?

That might be my confusion.

Maybe the 6 lug were all 7/16?

It makes no difference. Bolt them on and quit worrying about it.

Yes.

4wd squares were all 6 hole 7/16 lugs.

2wd squares were all 5 hole 5" b/c with 1/2" studs.

Nice looking wheels you'll have there for on you truck, also IMO the perfect trim ring size on the six lug. Lots of nice looking wheel used on 67-72. For a stock height and stock looks, even though Chevy didn't start making them wheels till ( 73 74? ) I always like the rallies.
