What a shame. It's looks like it could possibly be saved, but it's nearly impossible to get rid of the burned up car smell.

What an impressive truck. The fenderwell headers look like a great fit. Sure would be nice to know what they're attached to, and if they are a stock part number or were custom made. They are so rarely seen on a 60-66.

It looks like they tried to do there own True Flame and did not like the way it turned out and then tried to cover it up by making it look like hot rod flames.

Here is mine. I must have been flamed many years ago. Nice quality, but fading fast. I plan on leaving it this way for awhile. Don't see patina flames often. HA.

Doesn't look too bad. Maybe a little touch up on the ones on the hood, straighten the bumper, & roll!

I dig it! Looks like a pretty decent flame layout for what it is.

What actually happened there;.... The guy was sanding down the current paint job, and found this old flame job underneath.
He posted this pic in the fauxtina thread.

I knew I had seen it somewhere else but couldn't remember where! Do you know if he kept it that way after sanding & discovering it? Looks pretty cool that way!
