Me and a couple buddies made a marathon 22 hour road trip and drug this ole thing home Yesterday. (New wheels/tires were on order as soon as the shop was opened today). Thanks Chip.

Re: I'm In the Club

Thanks, gonna be a slow project, spent all my play money at once on this thing. Sold my old toy ("Built" 98 TA WS6) to fund it. I'll probably tweak the suspension once the new rollers are on and then I'll add AC. The compressor is there and it's a factory air dash so looks like an aftermarket kit won't hurt the pocketbook too bad. I'd like to bag it before CTC, but doubt that'll happen. Needs actuators and poppers too, shaved exterior handles is a PIA if you going to be running with a top like I'lll be doing until spring, lol.

Not sure about the serp kit. He said he ordered it with the Crate engine. It's a GM 330 hp 350 and 700R4 trans.

shawno, the wheel is a bit flimsy, kinda feels like there's little to no inner frame in the grip. I'm shopping for a billet replacement.

Re: I'm In the Club

I sold my blue blazer but collecting parts for another. Kevin D. has a red 2wd with porterbuilt stuff. Jeff G. rides around in a stock green 70. Marc M. has a yellow 2wd GMC. Jimmy S. has a primered 2wd. Mine in pieces and now yours.

Very nice looking Blazer. Looks like someone put a lot of work into. New wheels will be a nice improvement.

Re: I'm In the Club

Thanks, not sure on the color, but gonna rock it for a while at least. Getting 20" gun metal Coys. Needed to order something and quick so I figured I'd go with something I knew would work.

Re: I'm In the Club

Measuring from the center of the wheel to the lip of the fender I'm getting a measurement of about 16" Front and 16.5" Rear. Anyone have a guess as to how much drop I have on this thing. It's all spring, no blocks or drop spindles
