Re: Wiring Harness for generator

If you can do $50 shipped, I'll take it. I have a Chevy, not a GMC, but I'm hoping the differences are very slight between the two and I can modify this easily to work with mine. ...for the cost savings, I'll take the chance.

...unless someone chimes in to tell me I'm out of my mind and the wiring is completely different.

I will do that if you are okay with not getting the pink purple black harness. It is for a 60-62 truck.

Re: Wiring Harness for generator

payment sent. ...and on further review (actually a call to JimCarter.com) I'm told that the only difference between the two are the GMC is a Positive ground system while the Chevy is a Negative ground. [Providing this is true...] Why on earth GM decided to do this is entirely beyond me, but it should be a very simple install on the Chevy.
