Thanks Low! The problem was those damned spring hose clamps!!! I had a feeling I didn't get it on all the way, even though I checked it 3 times. It just didn't feel right. Sure enough, the hose blew off the water pump. I have replaced all those with screw down clamps as needed, but hadn't had to mess with the bottom yet. Knew better but wanted to get it done. Took me 30 mins in the school parking lot to get it fixed. That and 2 more gallons of AF. :-)
