Captainfab, I purchased a rear disc kit a few year ago for my 1972 c10 using the AWD Astro Van front rotor and the D52 caliper.

I am looking at converting to a 6x5.5 rear axle. Would it be as simple as swaping my axles and using the later chevy truck rotors as mention in this kit? Or do I need to change the spacing, calipers, and rotors?
