HEI or not ?

I have long thought all GM's had HEI ignition since 1974 until now.
When looking up ignition modules at O'Reillys and Rock Auto there are GM genuine HEI and W/O HEI ignition modules available. The images and info are the same so what gives?
Also an AC Delco module listed for my 91 looks nothing like the others.
Who is GM genuine if not AC Delco?
