I've thought perhaps to drop the rear a bit to level it out (mostly this truck will be a surf wagon and grocery getter so no levelling loads in its future). Or, leave it alone (stock). Back in my HS days (mid 60s) it was cool to have a raised rear end and it looks OK that way now. These trucks look pretty good no matter how high or low they are. I like sitting up high though.

i just realized the truck i have is a 50th Anniversary!! i didn't see the reply you posted a while back.

And to think,,i was gonna sell it, but something told me to hand on to it. I do have pics, but i will have to put them on this computer. i am restoring it right now, but i need help with finding the seat material. It is going completely stock once i finish it.

your welcome its a beautiful truck! i made a thread for 50ths and you could use that to get pics of the seats. cant wait for pics! glad its going stock, certain trucks just do better stock.
