Very nice pics and what a cool trip! What year is that sprinter? That would be my only concern on your trip.

Larry, whatever you do don't give Eric any small beers or you'll never hear the end of it

save a spot for me in the rv caravan 2026 and I'll join you.. ours is a blue oval but Larry's freightliner can tow it and I'll drive his truck

I'll be on the farm this july, if yer passing through kc area let me know.. maybe we could round up Joe and some others in the area and have our own truck mini-meet in the county, bonfire and fireworks show..
Are you in KC through mid September? If so the all truck nationals would be a great one for everyone to try to meet at.

I have to laugh, it’s brand new
Yesterday the lower hinge broke on the refrigerator door
And it fell off going down the road

This morning when I got onto the freeway
I heard a pop similar to the one I heard before I got to Larry’s
Good thing he told me to keep the extra duct tape
Had enough to get me to the next gas station before the window fell out

I bought a big roll
Just in case I have to wrap the entire coach

unfortunately not, have to get back for kids school start and I have to save some of my vacation time so I can leave early when I retire

just a few more years and I'll be there for good and we'll definitely have to plan a get together, around a show nearby would be great!

it's tough to hit the 5-6 week window we're usually there plus the detour to ohio for Mrs. Bee's family visit - yep, she's a buckeye

Re: Let’s see where the wind blows me

Larry, if it has the electric ebrake actuators keep an eye on the wire connectors. Rocks will hit the wires/connectors breaking the connector or wires and the park brake will stay applied. Maybe the DRW rear axle is different than the SRW one and you won't have to worry about that.

Re: Let’s see where the wind blows me

sorry to see you're having a little trouble on the shakedown cruise but at least those are easy fixes and hopefully covered by warranty when you get home..

but we're going to tease you anyway

Well at least with all the duct tape, it won't be too difficult to figure out who it is coming down the road!

I am in Brockton MA 20 minutes south of Boston. I sent you a PM. Are you here for long?

I would be happy to meet the great adventurer if possible.

If you're here in July, look up the C10 Shindig, the third weekend. It's at the Independence Events Center at 291 and I 70. Shaping up to be a heckuva party. Pushing 300 pre entered last I heard. Oughta be a good time! Look for the 2 black GMC's, a 67 and an 87. First round's on me!

We will be there for the summer.
I’ll be flying back to California now and then
To take care of business.
I’ll pm you my cell so we can hook up

Plus, the Thor company told me the warranty work can be done at a RV dealer
In Brockton.

Bradford trailer sales?

I'll reach out when I receive the PM. When are you doing the warrantee work? That is not a bad section of Brockton. But most parts are sketchy!

Re: Let’s see where the wind blows me

Last night
I just pulled over and slept at a rest stop
With all the truckers, who leave their engine’s running

Tonight is little better
Some lake near Talladega speedway

Re: Let’s see where the wind blows me

Last one...
How many of you guys remember
Playing with slot cars ?

We All had AFX tracks when I was growing up
We used to go to each other’s houses
And put all our track together
Taking up the entire dining room And Living room
Leave it set up for the weekend

Oh, what great memories
