Lightbulb HELP! Need some advise on '67 RUSTY C20

Okay heres the deal, I bought a 1967 C20 Chevy truck I thought for a fair price. But thinking it might be too much for me to work on and get back to a decent daily or weekend cruiser vehicle.

How can I calculate the cost of repairs?

1.) Major rust thru the cab corners (very bad on each side)
2.) Passenger side fleetside from back to front of bed is in very rough condition.
3.) In cab fuel tank leaks.
4). Driver side front fender is smashed. (looks like it was clamped down with vise grips in the front).
5.) Drivers side fleetside back end (like LH) has been damaged.
6.) Front Brake hoses leak, Gear oil coming out of Drums L/R

So with my limited automotive skill in restortation should I cut my loses and look for something better and just make this one into a parts truck? Or sell it as is and hope for the best?

Thanks for any advise you can give me.

Scott.
