Transmission rebuild

Well, I got 52000 miles on the rebuild. I bought it about a year after a rebuild. I treat my Jimmy like a truck. I tow plenty with it. The loose converter is probably part of the problem. The new tranny will have several upgrades. It will have Corvette servos, better clutches, shift kit, harden drum shell, and heavy duty torque converter. Costs about $950. I'm pulling and replacing the transmission myself. I don't know if it has a seperate bell housing. In 96 both were available. Manufacturing date is November of 95. Now I know why my Jimmy has sealed headlights. Also on the list are new rear main oil seal, new flexplate, new torque converter bolts, and transmission mount.
