VH, I just checked the wires and they are connected blue to blue and green to green. Sorry I didn't get back to you on Friday, this cold and flu season is kicking my butt. Anyway if you can help me out that would be great. I can give you a call on Monday if that would be easier.

Baron,
Still having the same issue with our unit even after you sent us a new receiver. We can't plug the connector all the way into the receiver and have the unit still work. We have to have it at an angle, hot wire plugged all the way in and then at an angle out. The new unit did the same thing? If we plug it all the way in, we get door lock but no unlock. We have just disconnected the system at this point.
Possible short somewhere? Odd that it works with the posts barely making contact, unfortunately it comes undone after a short drive

As for the reversed remote button issue, you most likely have the blue and green wire mixed up at either solenoid (Most likely the drivers side 5 wire solenoid). It's easy to mix the two up, they are pretty close in color. Each unit is bench tested before it's shipped out! So I'd just take a closer look at each solenoid and make sure that the blue wire from the solenoid is plugged into the blue wire on the harness, and that the green wire from the solenoid is plugged into the green wire on the harness; on each side!

If for some reason that doesn't do the trick, just give us a call and I'll be happy to help get the problem fixed for you one way or another! And have a Happy New Year!

VH, I checked the wiring and I had the hook up correctly. I can't find my paper work that came with the lock set. Can you give me a number that I can call you at?

I left 3 messages at the number on the lock kit. Baron was great when we had an issue and sent us another receiver at no charge. We were able to figure out the issue and I wanted to return the extra receiver and fobs. As of now I have not received a call

Just to be clear, I don't doubt the integrity of the seller. They have great feedback and reviews on eBay as well as here. I'm just concerned about them and thier well being. To a lesser extent the follow up customer support that may be also needed. I hope we can get ahold of them soon.

We are back! I'll explain why we have been absent from the forum for the past few weeks and have been hard to reach by phone as well.

I have been dealing with medical issues within my family, my father (David) came down with a bad case of the flu over the new years and then had developed atrial fibrillation; which is where your heart is out of rhythm. I was raised to always put my family first, and that is what I have been doing with my father. As most of you guys know, I'm the person that all of you wonderful guys deal with; and I have not been in the shop very much in the past few weeks and have not been on here in that time period either. We had another of our employees taking care of our eBay account, but I'm the one that takes care of you guys. My Father is doing good now, and seems to almost be back to 100% so things are getting back to normal.

I sincerely apoligize to any of you guys who have had an issue, or needed to get a hold of us and didn't get an answer. We are back to normal operation now, still a bit behind due to my absense over the last few weeks; but we are back to stay! I hope you guys can understand why I haven't been on here!

So if any of you guys need anything at all, please feel free to ask! I'll also put up a nice sale on these for any of you guys that are interested to show our appreciation to how much each and every one of our customers mean to us!

Thank you! Yes, we did get a 73-87 power door lock kit finalized earlier in January. I did not get a thread up on here for that kit though, if you'd like you can shoot us a PM and I'll give you further detail on that products!

WE have the front doors remote locks for the suburban, we do not have the 3 rd door , we can furnish you with the wiring and solenoid for the third door but you would have to figure that one out. The reason we don't have it yet is because we can,t find a 67 72 suburban door for mock up and measurements and testing.
