'72 door screws
looking for the sleeves and screws that go right under the vent window inside of '72 doors.
i know it's a tiny part...but i need them. |

You may want to consider making the sleeves out of stainless tubing. Cut the tubing and flare it. You can use stainless screws of the right length, (#10). I can get dimensions for you but every
sleeve that I have seen has been rusty. Jim |

weird how the smallest pieces are the hardest to find. if i can't find one here or at the swapmeet this weekend, then i'll have to fashion my own. so, it's a #10 but what's the other measurement of the screw? |

The screw is a phillips #10 and it is 2" long. The sleeve is .590 long so if you make one you would have to allow some stock for the flare. The tubing is just under 5/16" but I believe that thin wall stainless would work as the od is .308". Jim |
