Post HELP: torq settings

I need ft/lbs. for upper and lower control arm nuts & ball joints please. '69 C10 longbed, 2wd., 350 with automatic trans., all drum brakes.
Hey fast68! Moving or visiting Laramie? Wyoming is a great conservative state! Also I need a good front right fender.
