It does have the in-tank pump and rollover safety vent but it does not have the mounted brackets if that is what you mean by hardware. Let me know if you still want it.

I was talking about the side mounting brackets. How does it mount into the frame without them?

You would drill holes in the flange on the tank and run your bolts through your frame and the tank flange. The mounting kit just has captured nuts welded to it.

My tank has the side flanges on it, you just cant see it because of the peanuts if that is what your talking about. The link is the identical tank I have.

I thought you were talking about the mounting kit which I don't have(Below).

Thanks, I typically check the classifieds every couple days but missed this one. I'll get one regardless but who doesn't like to save a few bucks. What was your asking price out of curiosity?
