ride hight question

i like to get all my "ducks in a row" before i start a prodject so i was wondering if i could get some mesurements or pics of bagged trucks that lay frame at top suspention travel. the reason i ask is that i live in NH and i drive my truck everywere. so any info on how to have best of both worlds would be great. my truck is a 76 2wd silverado. thanks
