A little side project...

As some of you may or may not know, I used to be in the car audio business. Some of my good buddies still sometimes con me into doing stereos for them from time to time. It is kinda nice because i can pick and choose what i want to do and at my own pace.
Anyway, this is a good frined of mines truck. It started out as a 92 crew cab one ton. Its now a crew cab 1/2 ton, stockfloor bodydropped, on 20/22" budniks, LS1/ 4L60E, with a fully detailed chassis. on to the pics..........

Re: A little side project...

The system consists of a Phase Linear UV8 dvd head unit, a kicker 350.4 powering a set of DX525s in the front kick panels and a set of DX460s in the stock rear location, a kicker 750.1 powering a pair of kicker CVR 12 in the center console. Its a budget build as far as the equipment goes, but it all performs quite well, and looks pretty killer...at least in my opinion

The interior looks killer with the stitch work in there.

the headliner is glassed, but it was done outside the truck. the tricky part was getting it back in.

That truck is sweet. I really like the huge center console for the subs.

I have no doubt... (I work in an upholstery shop) even without glass, they're sometimes tricky to get in without bending or breaking. putting them in when they are glassed or painted are a real PITA, that's why I asked if it was done in or out of the truck. Props on painting, and Installing a painted headliner...
