if you look at earlier pics you can see what i cut out on the bed . as for the rear i also have a few pics. sorry i lost all my pics my computer took a dump. the rear is c notched and has g body springs cut in half

how did you secure the rear springs inside the cups? and how about your rear shock mounts. been trying to figure out a way to do em like yours. hope to see the truck up and running again soon.

the spring is only bolted on the trailing arm the top is just centered to the frame . i ran front shocks from the stock position on the trailing arm. and put studs on the step notch. the spring is so short that it wont slide off . and the shocks keep it from coming off the frame.

alright so this is what ive been workin on. its finally coming together. the 6 cyl gods have not been happy with me. i blew my 6 , intsalled another and 2 months later pow #2. so im converting to v8 . but befor i install it im gonna clean up the firewall . so it matches the motor. take a look , let me know what you think.

i sure ****in hope that i dont have those kinda problems with my 6 once my 60 is goin. diggin the finned valve covers. what kinda tranny are you gonna put behind it?

time ran short so im running a 60s style 3 speed. i was hoping to save for a tranny but my 6 didnt last. the valve covers are old cal customs. thanks cheifrocka, the wheels are my favorite part on the truck,
