Unhappy Doing business with fellow board member???!!!

Has anyone done business with GMC Paul in the past few weeks? I've only recieved half my order, but I can't get a hold of him, even to get a UPS tracking number. E-mails have not been answered, phone has been busy or un answered, and I can't figure it out.
From what I've read on this board, he has a good repuation. Any ideas?
Yes, my credit card has been charged.

See his post on his board.

The rest of the parts may be in the mail. If you don't get them, I know he will take care of it when he returns.

Yea, I know Carlisle is this weekend. It's just that I've been waiting since June 5, with no clue it the order even went out.
Thanks, 71Chev and Big69.
I just drove past Carslile, but can't make it this weekend
You know how frustrating it can be, not knowing what's going on!
Thanks again

Best thing to do would be to stop in carlisle and talk to him.

If you guys didn't get all your parts yet, there may just be a delay in shipping from the suppliers. You will get all the parts, don't worry. Paul is a stand up guy.

Cool

I'm in the same boat I think. Its all good though. I'm glad I found this thread because at least now I know why my part is a bit late. I think if it was anybody else I'd begin to worry but right now I have complete confidence that my part will get here soon enough. I did recieve a "reciept" with one of my other parts that came and it showed that the "missing part" was being mailed seperately. As long as I know it has been ordered then all I can do now is be patient. Might have to put my seat back in though if it takes too long. These trucks are a handful to drive with no seat. LOL

Ok, everyone's making me feel a little better. As I remember, in dealing 55-57 parts in Colorado in the 70's-80's, prepairing for a magor swap meet tended to call on all my concentration. He did send the chrome US Mail the next day, with a note that the rest was being shipped UPS. For all I know he's still waiting from his supplier. I'll just spend my vacation working on a different area.
Thanks, all

Talking

Milk crate! LMAO!!! I was thinking of the lawn chair or maybe a big bean bag chair. This carpet being a bit tardy is probably a good thing actually. I have a leak somewhere that I've yet to find so adding brand new carpet right now with a mystery water leak is not the safest or smartest thing to do. All in good time.

Hey do like the lowriders do here throw away your factory seat and put in swivel barstool style seats, with velvet crush, then some gold wires, you be styling!!

Ive ordered from Paul, had no problems,i believe it was drop shipped, came in Goodmark box, other than the fit of the stuff-which Paul has nothing to do with the transaction was fine.I tried to make fit,but by the time i had removed all the plastic studs and pal nuts and put in the original, then put on truck im sure i couldnt of returned,so i spent double and went to GM,but my fault for not calling, and im sure he doesnt deal alot with 73 up Blazers.
