Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
I'm ready to buy (4) white 16x8 series 82 white steel wheels! Anyone else want to try for a group purchase? The extra $45.00 per wheel they charge for white powder coating is stupid it must cost the same for white powder coat as black! I will contact Wheel Vintigues to see if they will knock off the extra $45.00 for white and how many wheels we would have to buy.

Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
I'll have to do some digging and find some pics, but I got a set of 16x7 Ford steel wheels that came on the 97 and earlier super duties as well as the later vans. The blue-bowtie dogdish style stainless caps snapped right on these wheels. I got set of 265/75/16 mud tires and I thought the truck looked pretty tough. The wheels had the look of the original 16.5" wheels. My goal was to get them sandblasted and powdercoated white, but a few complications put a stop to that. But I think I paid $35 per wheel.

Re: Steel Wheeled 4x4's??
I bought a set of 285/75R16's, looked real good but rubbed on the left front, so came down to 265/75R16.
