i wish i knew more of this truck's story myself. i know it spent a considerable amount of time under a tree. what's got me the most perplexed is what happened to the hood, cowl, and top of the fenders. it looks like sap or oil or something. i can't figure out how it didn't get elsewhere?

so far i've put on some more appropriate tires, loosened up and inspected all the brake parts, and greased the ball joints. everything so far looks real solid. i've been battling wasps all day. at least 30 dead so far.

so far the discovery that makes me smile the most... orange plug wires!
