The Chalet at Lake and Orange in Huntington Beach. Only grabbed a quick pic of the tag yesterday. Been promising Russell pictures forever... I'm working on it!

Rotate 90°, brighten, and I think it says either #0918 or #0978. Last four numbers of the sequence, as seen in my former Chalet here. I'll check out the higher res email photo...

Confirmed by the high res email photo from Hulk W. S., it is #0918, built 11/76.
