Looks like a very strong joint using sivler solder. Just curious why you decided to go this direction? Just an experiment? It seem like a mig or tig would be signifcantly cheaper and hard to keep the heat level down. I really like the way you made the lip on the edge to overlap the joint. Keep it up!
