On the springs they come with what is good up for Hyd. flat tappets to cam lift of .550. You can always upgrade the springs for higher lift and I am sure thats what the information you read was all about. The .488/510 thing was something I posted.

For the money these are descent heads. Sure they are not AFR's but I just can't afford those right now either.

Should work fine on my application under I get the bug for more horsepower.
