Made a little more head way tonight. Didn't get out to the shop until 8 but managed to get everything off the frontend by 10. Plan to pick up some 2" drop coils and drop shocks in the morning that I'm getting for $25. Also plan to go by the scrap yard to pick up some 3/16" flat stock and some channel to add to the rear of the frame. Tomorrow I plan to trim and cap the front frame horns, clean the front end pieces, and possibly paint everything before I put it all back together. It's nothing big but here's some pics. I'll post more progress tomorrow.

And thanks to the previous owner, this is why I'm having to replace the front coils.
